Online Sales FAQ:

1. What do I need to buy a vehicle online?

   1. We’ll send you a link to complete our full application online.  You’ll need to return the completed application, photos of all documents to verify income, driver’s license, and address.  That’s it!

2. How soon can I have my vehicle delivered?

   1. All vehicles will be delivered within 72 hours of completing the full application process.

3. How far away can a vehicle be delivered?

   1. All vehicles eligible for home delivery can be delivered within a 30 mile radius of the Regal Car Sales and Credit location the vehicle is listed at.

4. Are all vehicles online eligible for home delivery?

   1. At this time only vehicles listed online with a “Buy Now” option are eligible for home delivery.

5. How will I make my down payment?

   1. We recommend authorizing a credit or debit card payment PRIOR to the delivery.  We can bring your receipt with us, and if the vehicle isn’t what you’re looking for – we’ll issue a refund for the amount.  You can also have a money order for the down payment amount on hand at time of delivery. 

6. Can I trade-in a vehicle with the online sales purchase process?

   1. At this time all trade-ins must be evaluated in person at one of our locations.

7. What happens if I want to return the vehicle?

   1. If the vehicle is not what you were expecting at the time of delivery, let us know!  We’ll return the vehicle to our location and refund your down payment if you paid ahead.  If you take possession of the vehicle and find that it’s not what you were looking for you will be able to return the vehicle to the location it was purchased from subject to our standard 3 day return policy.
